Careers

Do the work properly, for once.

Most agency roles are a queue. Ours are a portfolio you own, with a load small enough that you can actually think about each account in it.

Working here

What's different, concretely.

  • Capped client load

A hard limit per strategist. You get to do the work properly instead of triaging.

  • Remote-first, hours you control

Core overlap hours for the weekly reviews, the rest is yours to arrange.

  • Learning budget

[BUDGET AMOUNT] a year for courses, conferences and certifications, plus time to use it.

  • No billable-hours theatre

We measure outcomes on accounts, not hours logged against a timesheet.

  • Profit share

[PROFIT SHARE TERMS] — the same metric we hold client work to.

  • Real equipment

Machine of your choice, proper monitor, and the software you need without a three-week approval.

Placeholder roles. These listings demonstrate the page structure. Replace them with real vacancies, published salary bands and an applicant tracking link before launch, and add JobPosting structured data per role at that point — it is deliberately omitted here because marking up fictional vacancies would be a structured-data violation.

Hiring process

Five steps, roughly three weeks.

  1. 01

    Application

A CV and a short note. No cover letter theatre, no fourteen-field form.

  2. 02

    First conversation

45 minutes with the department lead. Mostly about how you think about accounts.

  3. 03

    Paid exercise

A realistic account problem, timeboxed and paid at [RATE]. We do not ask for free strategy.

  4. 04

    Team conversation

Meet the people you'd work with daily, and ask them anything.

  5. 05

    Offer

Salary band stated up front in the listing, so there is nothing to negotiate blind.
