Technology

Human expertise,
amplified by technology.

Amazon generates more signal than any team can read manually. Our job is to make sure none of it is missed, and that none of it gets acted on without a person who understands your margins.

The dashboard

One view, reconciled to settlement.

Revenue, margin, advertising, rank and inventory in the same place, on the same definitions, refreshed daily. The weekly note explains what changed and what we did about it.

  • Revenue and contribution margin by ASIN, brand and marketplace
  • Advertising performance joined to profitability, not reported beside it
  • Rank and share-of-voice across paid and organic
  • Inventory cover with restock timing

Interface views on this page are illustrative representations of the reporting layer, drawn with sample data. Replace with real screenshots (with client data removed or anonymised) before launch.

What it covers

Six systems, one model underneath.

Each of these exists because a client lost money on something nobody was watching.
  • Profitability model

Contribution margin per ASIN, built from landed cost, referral and FBA fees, storage, returns, promotions and advertising. Reconciled to settlement reports rather than estimated from the sales dashboard.

    • Daily refresh across every active ASIN
    • Fee changes flagged when they move margin by more than a set threshold
    • Scenario view for price, cost and spend changes
  • Rank & search-term monitoring

Organic position tracked daily for the keyword set that matters, with alerting on drops past a threshold, so a ranking problem surfaces in hours rather than at the month-end review.

    • Keyword sets defined per ASIN, not per account
    • Share-of-voice view across paid and organic together
    • Indexation checks after every content change
  • Advertising analysis

Search-term level performance across Sponsored Products, Brands, Display and DSP, joined to margin so an efficient campaign on an unprofitable product is visible rather than celebrated.

    • Placement and match-type breakdowns
    • Wasted-spend view: spend on terms with no conversions
    • Blended TACoS trend against organic contribution
  • Inventory forecasting

Cover projected from velocity, lead time and seasonality, tied to advertising pacing so spend is throttled before a stockout rather than after it.

    • Weeks-of-cover alerts by ASIN and marketplace
    • Restock recommendations with lead-time buffers
    • Advertising pacing linked to cover thresholds
  • Account health monitoring

Daily checks on listing status, buy box, variation integrity, suppressions and policy notifications. The ones that quietly cost a week of sales before anyone notices.

    • Buy box loss and suppression alerts
    • Variation family integrity checks
    • Case log with resolution history
  • Reporting layer

One dashboard for everything above, plus a written weekly note. The numbers are the same ones we use internally — there is no client version and an internal version.

    • Weekly written review, monthly deep-dive
    • Definitions published alongside every metric
    • Export to your own BI tool if you have one

Principles

Where we draw the line on automation.

  • Tools decide nothing

Software is good at watching thousands of things at once and bad at knowing which of them matters this quarter. Every recommendation has a named person behind it.

  • One source of truth

If the agency dashboard and your finance spreadsheet disagree, the dashboard is wrong. We reconcile to settlement, not to the reporting API's convenient version.

  • Your data stays yours

Access is granted through your own accounts with scoped permissions, and it is revoked the day an engagement ends. We do not aggregate your data into a product we sell to your competitors.

  • AI where it earns its place

Pattern detection across search terms, anomaly flagging, first-draft copy variants for human editing. Not automated bidding you cannot inspect, and not content published without a person reading it.

Sample data. Not a live account view.

Access & security

How we handle your accounts.

  • Scoped permissions, never shared logins

Access is granted per person through your own user management, at the lowest permission level that allows the work. No shared credentials, no password documents.

  • Two-factor everywhere

Enforced on every account that touches your data, including our internal systems.

  • Offboarding on the day

When an engagement ends, or when someone leaves our team, access is revoked the same day and the removal is confirmed to you in writing.

  • Data handling

Your performance data is used to run your account. It is not pooled into benchmarks sold to other brands. Retention and deletion terms are set out in the agreement.
