Working together

What does an Amazon agency actually cost?
Most engagements are a monthly retainer scaled to catalogue size, ad spend and scope, sometimes with a performance component measured against an agreed baseline. Creative production is usually quoted per project. We publish ranges during the first call rather than after three meetings, and we will tell you if your situation does not justify the cost.
Is there a minimum revenue to work with you?
There is no hard floor, but full-service management tends to make commercial sense somewhere above [MINIMUM MONTHLY REVENUE] in monthly Amazon sales. Below that, a single workstream such as listings or advertising is usually a better use of the budget, and we will say so.
What are your contract terms?
[CONTRACT TERM] with [NOTICE PERIOD] notice. We do not use long lock-ins. If the work is not producing results the honest response is to fix it or end it, not to hold you to a year.
How does onboarding work?
Four weeks. Week one is access, data and cost loading. Weeks two and three are the diagnostic across advertising, listings, rank, inventory and account health. Week four is the written plan and the session where we agree it. Nothing substantial changes in the account until that plan is signed off.
Who will actually work on our account?
A named strategist plus the specialists the scope requires. You will meet them before signing, and they are the people in your weekly and monthly reviews. We do not sell with seniors and deliver with juniors.
Can we work with you on one service instead of everything?
Yes. Advertising, listings, creative, operations and analytics can each be scoped alone. Where a single workstream is being held back by something outside its scope, we will flag it rather than quietly work around it.

Access and permissions
3 questions
What access do you need to our account?
Scoped user permissions in Seller Central and your advertising account, limited to the functions we manage. We do not need account-owner credentials. Access is granted by you, visible to you, and revocable by you at any time without our involvement.
Do you take ownership of our Brand Registry or account?
No. You retain ownership of your Seller Central account, Brand Registry enrolment, trademarks, advertising account and all data. That does not change during or after an engagement.
What happens to our data if we stop working together?
You keep it. We export reporting data in full, transfer platform ownership where the tooling allows, and hand over documentation on campaign structure, keyword maps and creative assets. The offboarding process is written into the agreement at the start.

Results and timelines
3 questions
How quickly will we see results?
It varies by workstream. Account health and wasted-spend fixes usually show within four to six weeks. Advertising restructures need a quarter to be readable. Listing and organic rank changes typically take eight to sixteen weeks because Amazon needs sales history at the new configuration. We set expectations per workstream in the plan.
Can you guarantee a specific ROAS, ACoS or ranking?
No. Performance depends on competitor behaviour, pricing, stock availability, seasonality and Amazon's own systems — much of which sits outside anyone's control. We commit to a defined process, an agreed target, and honest reporting against it. Any agency guaranteeing a number is guessing.
What if the results aren't there?
We tell you, in the weekly summary, with what we think is causing it and what we are changing. If the channel genuinely does not support the investment, we will say that too. Notice periods are short specifically so nobody is trapped in an engagement that is not working.

Services
5 questions
Do you manage Amazon PPC and Amazon SEO together?
Yes, and we would resist splitting them. Paid placement drives the sales velocity that influences organic rank, so managing them separately means paying twice for the same position. They are planned together and reported together.
Do you do the creative in-house?
Photography, video, infographics, A+ modules and Brand Store design are produced by our creative team. Specialist requirements — food styling, particular talent, unusual locations — are briefed to partners we have worked with before, with the same shot list discipline.
Do you handle customer messages and returns?
As a standalone service or as part of full-service management. Responses go out in your brand's voice using a playbook you approve, with an agreed escalation matrix for anything outside it.
Which marketplaces do you support?
[LIST SUPPORTED MARKETPLACES]. International expansion needs its own plan — translated listings, local keyword research, compliance requirements and separate inventory — not a copy of the domestic catalogue.
Do you work with Vendor Central as well as Seller Central?
[CONFIRM VENDOR CENTRAL SUPPORT]. The two require different operating approaches, particularly around pricing, chargebacks and purchase orders, and we will be explicit about which model an engagement is scoped for.

Reporting
2 questions
What reporting do we get?
Live dashboard access refreshed daily, a one-page written summary every week from your named strategist, and a monthly review session against the plan. The dashboard is reconciled to your settlement reports so finance can rely on it.
Will your numbers match what we see in Seller Central?
They reconcile to settlement, which is the number that matters. Seller Central's own reports use different date logic and ad attribution windows, so instantaneous figures can differ. Every definition is documented so any difference is explainable.
