Free growth audit

Find out what your account is actually leaving on the table.

A written audit of advertising, listings, organic position, inventory and account health — with the three things we would change first, and what each one is worth.

  • Written findings, not a tool export with a logo on it
  • Prioritised by value, so you know what to do first
  • Yours to keep and act on, with or without us
  • No cost, no obligation, no drip sequence

Request your audit

Five minutes now, a written read in three to five business days.

Use your company address so we can look up your brand before we call.

A storefront or any product link is enough.

We reply within one business day. No automated sequences, no reselling your details.

By submitting this form you agree to our privacy policy. Fields marked with an asterisk are required.

What's in it

Six sections, all of them specific.

Every finding names the ASIN, campaign or keyword it applies to. Generic advice is not worth the time it takes to read.
  • Advertising review

Campaign structure, wasted spend on zero-conversion search terms, placement and match-type efficiency, and whether your TACoS trend is actually improving.

  • Organic position

Where you rank for the terms that matter, indexation gaps, and how much of your paid spend is buying clicks you were already earning.

  • Listing & conversion analysis

Title, bullets, imagery, A+ and variation structure assessed against the specific objections your category's buyers raise.

  • Profitability read

A first-pass contribution margin estimate by product, so you can see which SKUs are funding the account and which are quietly draining it.

  • Inventory risk

Cover, restock timing and the products most likely to stock out in the next quarter at current velocity.

  • Account health check

Suppressions, buy box loss, variation integrity and any policy exposure sitting unaddressed.

How it works

Four steps, no surprises.

  1. 01

    You send the details

Storefront link and a sentence about what's frustrating you. Five minutes of your time.

  2. 02

    We look properly

A strategist spends real hours on it — not a tool output with a logo on top. Typically three to five business days.

  3. 03

    You get the document

Written findings, prioritised, with the three things we'd change first and what each is worth.

  4. 04

    You decide

Walk through it with us, or take it and act on it yourself. The document is yours either way.

Questions

About the audit.

Is the audit genuinely free?

Yes. There is no cost and no obligation to continue. We do it because it is a better sales conversation than a pitch deck, and because roughly a third of the brands we audit do not need an agency yet — which we would rather establish early.

What access do you need?

For the initial audit, usually none. Most of it can be done from public storefront and listing data plus the details you provide. If you want the advertising and profitability sections to be precise rather than estimated, we will request scoped read-only access, which you can revoke at any time.

How long does it take?

Typically three to five business days depending on catalogue size. If it is going to take longer we tell you when we acknowledge the request.

What if I already have an agency?

That is common and it is fine. We will not contact them, and we will tell you plainly if we think the work being done is sound. A second read on an account is useful even when the answer is that nothing needs to change.

Will I be put into a sales sequence?

No. We follow up once if we do not hear back. That is the entire sequence.

The first thing they did was tell us which of our products were losing money. Nobody in four years had shown us that. The advertising work came second.

We assumed we needed more budget. It turned out we needed different photographs. The conversion rate moved before the spend did.

Every week there is a one-page summary written by a person, not a dashboard export. It says what changed and what they are doing about it. That is the whole difference.
