What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a site stores in your browser. Some are necessary for the site to function; others measure how the site is used. Similar technologies such as local storage and pixels are covered by this policy too.

This site is built to work without any non-essential cookies. Nothing on it is gated behind tracking consent, and refusing analytics will not change what you can read or do here.

Cookies we set

The table below should be completed to reflect exactly what is running in production. Verify it against a real browser audit before launch — an inaccurate cookie notice is worse than none.

  • Strictly necessary — session and security cookies required to submit forms safely and to protect against abuse. Basis: legitimate interests; no consent required. Duration: session.
  • [ANALYTICS COOKIE NAME] — aggregate usage measurement, set only after consent. Provider: [ANALYTICS PROVIDER]. Duration: [DURATION].
  • [CONSENT COOKIE NAME] — records your cookie preference so we do not ask again. Basis: strictly necessary. Duration: [DURATION].
  • [ANY ADVERTISING OR REMARKETING COOKIES — LIST OR CONFIRM NONE ARE USED].

Fonts and third-party requests

This site loads two typefaces from a third-party font service. That request does not set a cookie, but it does expose your IP address to the font provider. Self-hosting the font files removes the request entirely and is the recommended production configuration — see the deployment notes supplied with this site.

Managing cookies

You can change or withdraw consent at any time using [CONSENT MANAGEMENT LINK OR MECHANISM]. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent forms from working.

Most browsers also offer a global privacy control or do-not-track signal. [STATE HOW THE SITE RESPONDS TO THESE SIGNALS].

Changes

We will update this page whenever the cookies in use change. Questions can go to [EMAIL].
