Amazon· Store & Content
A+ Content that answers objections instead of decorating the page.
Module strategy, copy and design for A+ and Premium A+ — built around the questions that stop buyers, and measured on conversion rather than on looking finished.
Overview
A+ Content, in plain terms.
Most A+ Content is a brand mood board placed below the fold. It looks considered, costs real money, and changes nothing, because it answers questions nobody was asking.
The modules that move conversion do a specific job: resolve a sizing doubt, prove a material claim, make a comparison the buyer was about to make on a competitor's page, or pre-empt the objection that drives returns.
What this service includes
The work itself.
Module strategy
Deciding which modules to use and in what order, based on the objection sequence for your category rather than on the template gallery.
Comparison charts
Cross-selling your own range honestly, so a buyer who is wrong about which of your products they need finds the right one instead of leaving.
Copy and art direction
Written and specified together, because an A+ module where the image and the caption are doing different jobs is wasted space.
Mobile-first layout
Designed against the mobile rendering first, where the majority of views happen and where desktop-designed modules routinely collapse into illegibility.
Performance measurement
Conversion tracked against the pre-publication baseline, so the investment is evaluated rather than assumed.
Who this is for
Where this earns its fee.
- Brand Registry enrolled sellers not currently using A+ at all.
- Brands with A+ Content that was designed once, published, and never measured.
- Catalogues with genuine cross-sell relationships that comparison modules could exploit.
- High-return categories where better pre-purchase explanation would reduce returns.
Our process
How we run a+ content
01
Research
Review mining and question analysis to establish the objection sequence for each product.
02
Plan
Module selection and ordering, mapped to those objections and to eligibility.
03
Produce
Copy, art direction and build, designed mobile-first and checked in both renderings.
04
Measure
Conversion against baseline, with modules revised where the data does not support them.
Why this matters
What it changes commercially.
A+ Content occupies the part of the page a buyer reaches when they are undecided. That is the highest-leverage position on the listing — everyone who reads it is someone you have not yet lost and not yet won.
It is also indexable surface and a defensive asset: a well-built comparison module keeps a hesitating buyer inside your range instead of sending them to the competitor carousel below.
What we optimize
The metrics this is judged on.
Agreed before work starts, so nobody gets to pick a flattering one afterwards.
- Unit session percentage
- The conversion measure. A+ that does not move it has not done its job.
- Return rate
- Better pre-purchase explanation should reduce returns; a flat return rate suggests the modules are decorative.
- Cross-sell rate within range
- Whether comparison modules are actually redirecting buyers to the right product.

Questions
A+ Content FAQ
Pricing, contracts and onboarding are answered on the full FAQ page.
Do we need Brand Registry for A+ Content?
Yes. A+ Content requires Brand Registry enrolment. If you are not enrolled, that is the prerequisite — and we handle enrolment as a separate service.
Is Premium A+ worth it?
Where eligibility exists and the category rewards detailed explanation, often yes. Where the product is simple and the decision is quick, the enhanced modules frequently add cost without adding conversion. We will say which yours is.
How is A+ Content measured?
Against a pre-publication conversion baseline on the same ASINs. Because A+ is published per-ASIN, it is one of the more cleanly measurable content changes available.
