Amazon· Listing Services

Listing optimization that moves conversion, not just keyword coverage.

Titles, bullets, descriptions, backend terms and imagery rebuilt around the specific objections your category's buyers raise — then measured on unit session percentage.

Overview

Amazon Listing Optimization, in plain terms.

Ranking for a term you lose on is an expensive way to lose. Most listing work optimises for discovery and treats conversion as somebody else's problem, which is why so many accounts have strong impressions and weak revenue.

We start from the other end. What stops a buyer on this detail page, in this category, at this price — and what evidence would resolve it? Then the keyword work is fitted around that rather than the other way round.

What this service includes

The work itself.

Scope is written down before the engagement starts, and the weekly review reports against it.
  • Title Optimization

Titles that lead with the buying decision rather than a keyword queue: product identity, the differentiator that matters in your category, and the specification buyers filter on — within character limits and category style rules.

  • Bullet Point Optimization

Five bullets, each answering one objection in priority order. Scannable on mobile, written to be read in three seconds, evidenced rather than adjectival.

  • Product Description

The long-form section, written for the minority of buyers who reach it — typically higher-intent, higher-consideration purchases where detail closes the sale.

  • Backend Keywords

Search terms fields used for genuine coverage extension: synonyms, spelling variants, use cases and adjacent terminology that cannot be worked into visible copy without damaging it.

  • Listing Audit

A structured pre-work assessment scoring every element of the detail page against a conversion checklist, so the rebuild is prioritised by impact rather than done alphabetically.

  • Imagery direction

Specifying the image sequence the copy depends on — what each slot must prove, in what order. Briefed here and produced under product photography.

Who this is for

Where this earns its fee.

  • Brands with healthy traffic and disappointing conversion — the clearest signal that this is the right workstream.
  • Sellers whose listings were written for a keyword tool and read like it.
  • Catalogues that have grown organically and drifted out of consistency.
  • Anyone about to increase advertising spend, who should fix the destination before paying for more traffic to it.

Our process

How we run amazon listing optimization

  1. 01

    Audit

Every element scored against a conversion checklist, and the competitive set read for what buyers are being told elsewhere.

  2. 02

    Research

Review mining and search-term analysis to establish the real objections and the language buyers use for them.

  3. 03

    Rebuild

Copy rewritten in priority order, with imagery requirements specified alongside.

  4. 04

    Measure

Unit session percentage tracked against the pre-change baseline, with changes sequenced so effects stay attributable.

Why this matters

What it changes commercially.

Conversion rate compounds through the entire account. A higher unit session percentage lowers the effective cost of every advertised click, improves the sales velocity that drives organic rank, and raises the margin ceiling on every campaign above it.

It is also the cheapest lever available. Rewriting a detail page costs a fraction of the advertising budget required to buy the equivalent revenue, and the effect does not stop when spend stops.

What we optimize

The metrics this is judged on.

Agreed before work starts, so nobody gets to pick a flattering one afterwards.

Unit session percentage
The conversion metric Amazon reports and the primary measure of this work.
Organic rank on priority terms
Relevance and conversion both feed position; improvements should show here too.
Advertising conversion rate
Paid traffic lands on the same page. Campaign efficiency moves without a single bid change.
Return rate
A listing that sets accurate expectations reduces returns. A rising return rate after a rewrite means the copy overpromised.

Questions

Amazon Listing Optimization FAQ

Pricing, contracts and onboarding are answered on the full FAQ page.

How quickly do listing changes take effect?

Conversion effects appear within days at reasonable traffic volume. Organic rank effects are slower and less predictable, because they depend on accumulated sales velocity rather than the text itself.

Will you rewrite our whole catalogue at once?

Usually not. We sequence by revenue contribution and change one variable at a time on high-traffic ASINs, because simultaneous rewrites make attribution impossible. Long-tail ASINs are often batched.

Do you guarantee page one rankings?

No. Rank depends on sales velocity, price, availability, review profile and competitive activity, most of which sit outside a listing rewrite. We commit to conversion improvement, which we can actually influence.
